Return Policy

  1. Overview
    • This Return Policy ("Policy") governs the return process for electronic devices and accessories purchased from Twin Wireless LLC ("Twin Wireless," "we," "us," or "our") by customers ("Customers" or "you").
    • By purchasing products from Twin Wireless LLC, you confirm that you can form a binding contract with us, that you accept this Policy, and that you agree to comply with it.
  2. Return Period
    • Customers have the right to return products within three days of the original purchase date.
    • For products with damages or functionality problems, Customers have a return period of 30 days from the original purchase date.
  3. Return Procedure
    • Customers must initiate the return process within 30 days of the original purchase date.
    • Returns can be initiated by accessing the product buying page on our website and filling out the return form.
    • Upon notification, Customers have seven days to ship the product(s) to Twin Wireless LLC's address, unless otherwise specified.
  4. Return Requirements
    • Only products returned whole, with all original accessories, and in the condition in which they were sold will be accepted for return. Exceptions may apply if the product received differs from the description on the product sheet.
    • Customers must ensure that any personal data is deleted from the product(s) prior to returning them and that the product(s) are disconnected from any associated accounts.
  5. Return Costs and Risks
    • All costs and risks associated with returning the product(s) to Twin Wireless LLC are borne by the Customer.
  6. Refunds
    • If all conditions for return are met, Twin Wireless LLC will refund the Customer the total amount of their order, including delivery costs.
  7. Loss in Value
    • Customers may be held liable for any loss in value of the product(s) resulting from mishandling or damage beyond normal wear and tear.
  8. Miscellaneous
    • This Policy constitutes the entire agreement between you and Twin Wireless LLC regarding product returns.
    • Twin Wireless LLC reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time. Customers will be notified of any material changes.
    • Any disputes arising from this Policy or product returns shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, with judicial jurisdiction in Indianapolis, Indiana.
