TWIN WIRELESS LLC REPAIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Overview

1.1 These Repair Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the repair services provided by Twin Wireless LLC ("Twin Wireless," "we," "us," or "our") to customers ("Customers" or "you") for electronic devices.

1.2 By requesting repair services from us, you confirm that you can form a binding contract with Twin Wireless LLC, that you accept these Terms, and that you agree to comply with them.

2. Scope of Repair Services

2.1 Twin Wireless LLC provides repair services for electronic devices, including but not limited to smartphones, tablets, and laptops ("Devices").

2.2 Repair services may include screen replacements, battery replacements, software troubleshooting, and other repair-related tasks ("Services").

2.3 We utilize aftermarket parts for repairs unless otherwise specified by the Customer.

3. Limitation of Liability

3.1 Twin Wireless LLC is responsible solely for the parts replaced or repaired during the repair process. We do not guarantee the overall functionality of the device after repair.

3.2 In cases where the screen of an iPhone is replaced, we are not responsible for any subsequent issues, including but not limited to device disablement.

3.3 We do not provide any guarantee for repairs related to water damage or burn damage.

4. Payment and Terms

4.1 Payment for repair services is due in full upon completion of the repair.

4.2 For in-store payments, the Customer must settle the payment before the repaired device is handed over.

5. Data Privacy and Security

5.1 During repair, there is a risk that user data may be lost. Twin Wireless takes measures to minimize this risk, but users acknowledge and accept this possibility.

5.2 Twin Wireless does not access user data unless specifically required for repair purposes. If access to user data is necessary, Twin Wireless will inform the user and obtain consent before proceeding.

5.3 In some cases, Twin Wireless may require the user's phone passcode to test functionality after repair. Users have the right to deny this request; however, doing so may void warranties related to the repaired part.

5.4 Twin Wireless is committed to keeping user data safe and secure. We do not share user data with any other entity without explicit consent.

5.5 Any personal data collected by Twin Wireless, such as email addresses, phone numbers, or names, is stored securely and used only for identification and communication purposes. We only store personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill its intended purpose.

6. Disclaimer for Back Glass Repair

6.1 Twin Wireless LLC shall not be held liable if a device experiences functionality issues after back glass repair. This includes but is not limited to the malfunctioning of magnets or wireless charging capabilities.

7. Touchscreen Functionality

7.1 The absence of physical cracks on the device does not guarantee the functionality of the touchscreen. We do not assume responsibility for touch-related issues that may arise after repair.

8. Genuine Parts Message

8.1 Following repair services, Customers may receive a message indicating the use of genuine Apple parts in their device settings.

 

9. Service Provider Issues

9.1 Twin Wireless LLC is not responsible for any issues related to the service provider (e.g., cellular network) after repair.

10. Miscellaneous

10.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Twin Wireless LLC regarding repair services.

10.2 The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Customers will be notified of any material changes.

10.3 Any disputes arising from these Terms or repair services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, with judicial jurisdiction in Indianapolis, Indiana.
